First Unofficial Depth Chart Released

The Houston Texans have released their first depth chart on the 2014 NFL season with just a few days before their first preseason game against the Arizona Cardinals.  This will be the lineup we will see on Saturday, August 9th.

Now obviously as the preseason continues the roster will continue to be trimmed down until the coaches determine the final 53 by the end of preseason.  Updates will come as the depth chart continues changing throughout the preseason.

  1. As he mentioned earlier in the week, Texans head coach Bill O'Brien is in the process of finalizing how repetitions will be divided on Saturday. The quarterback position is set, as O'Brien previously stated that free agent acquisition Ryan Fitzpatrick will open the game under center.

"He’ll start the game," O'Brien said of Fitzpatrick after Monday's practice. "Depending on how the game is going, you know, like if it is a game where there is some three and outs, I think it is more important about how many plays he gets than anything else. We’ll determine that a little bit on Wednesday and then obviously, see how the game is going."

    1. Sure did. I've had it for several months now right here on Blogger and linked all my media to here. It's been quiet on here since OTA's but once the games start, I'll be posting stuff here all the time.

  3. #Texans list Jadeveon Clowney as JACK linebacker on #Cardinals depth chart. Reed's SAM, Tuggle's MIKE, Tarpinian's WILL.
